English betting powerhouse bet365, have chosen Australian EML Payments to provide a reloadable betting card for bet365’s US customers. bet365 will be launching the bet365 branded betting card in the state of New Jersey where the company has a license to offer sports betting.
The partnership with EML has also the potential to be expanded as and when bet365’s US operation moves into other regulated markets within the United States.
Subject to regulatory approval, the bet365 card is planned to launch in the middle of 2019. This is to coincide with bet365 starting their operation within New Jersey. The Stoke based gaming giant already has in place a deal with Hard Rock Atlantic City. Incidentally Hard Rock Atlantic City also have a similar agreement in place with the Gaming Innovation Group.
As a result of the announcement that EML Payments have been chosen by bet365 to provide their reloadable betting card facility, shares in the Australian company have shot up as a result. At one stage surging over 10% as a result of the news during early trading Tuesday morning.
