NetEnt Awarded Pennsylvania License

Swedish casino software developer NetEnt have been awarded an Interactive Gaming Manufacturer Conditional License by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Which will allow NetEnt to provide it’s games and gaming content within the newly regulated Pennsylvania market.

The license awarded to NetEnt’s US subsidiary NetEnt Americas LLCmeans that the software company now has a foothold in the United States second largest regulated market.

Commenting on being awarded the conditional license by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, CEO of NetEnt Americas LLC, Erik Nyman said: “We are very pleased to be in the first round of approved vendors to conduct online gaming in Pennsylvania. This fits well with our strategy to be live with our products at the first day of market opening.”

In October 2017, the Pennsylvania state legislature approved a bill that allows online casino gambling.
